במקום לכתוב על נייר את ה: מבדקים, סקר מפגעים, דיווח אירועי בטיחות ואחר כך להעביר לקובץ word ולהוריד תמונות מהטלפון ולהדביק במסמך ולהדפיס ולחתום ולסרוק כ PDF... עוברים לדיגיטל מלא וחוסכים זמן רב על ידי הפקת כלל המסמכים הנדרשים לפי תקנות הבטיחות באופן דיגיטלי מלא.
ניתן לחתום דיגיטלית ולשלוח כקובץ  PDFלערוך בקובץ  WORD ולהדפיס בכל רגע נתון את המסמכים הבאים: הדרכות בטיחות ופנקס הדרכות, מבדקים, פנקס כללי לקבלן, סקר סיכונים, דיווח אירוע נפגע/כמעט ונפגע, תכנית הבטיחות.
הוספת קבצים לדיווחים: צילום תמונות, הוספת סוגי קובץ אחרים כגון:PDF, WORD , EXCEL  
זיהוי מיקום גאוגרפי אוטומטי על ידי האפליקציה, בכל דיווח מהאפליקציה מיקום הדיווח נשמר.

ניהול פנקס כללי לבניה: כל 10 הפרקים של הפנקס הכללי לבניה ממוחשבים וניתנים לעריכה ולחתימה דיגיטלית ושליחה כקובץ ואפשרות הדפסה, תזכורות והתראות לביצוע משימות ונהלים מהפנקס הכללי , פנקס הדרכות ניתן להדפסה.
ניהול חתימות על טפסים: אפשרות לחתימה דיגיטלית של עובדים באפליקציה על טופס הדרכה או טופס קרא וחתום, אפשרויות להוספת מגוון טפסים באפליקציה לחתימה דיגיטלית של עובדים וקבלנים, אפשרות חיפוש הטופס דיגיטלי החתום כארכיון.
